ANTG offers service and support programs called TotalCare, which include remote management, onsite support and a combination of both to offer the best support for your network. ANTG’s service programs are designed to provide proactive and preventative maintenance by keeping your servers and workstations updated daily and monitoring their health around the clock. This approach ensures that your equipment is running as efficiently as possible. We also offer unlimited help desk support as an option for those customers who have a high demand for daily application and support questions that can easily take up valuable resources of management’s time.
We offer the following service agreement options:

• TotalCare Remote Management

  Support of all servers and workstations including security updates and all Microsoft patches, antivirus updates, monitoring of hundreds of possible alters from hardware and software applications, remote and on-site engineer support. This is priced based on the total number of servers and workstations.

• TotalCare Remote Management Plus

  This includes all of the first option plus unlimited support calls to our help desk.   The help desk supports all Microsoft applications, printing issues, internet connectivity issues and other network issues. Optional support can be added for outside of normal business hours. This is priced on the total number of servers, workstations and users.

• TotalCare Remote Support Servers Only

  All of option one above without support for desktops. Desktop support can be used on an as needed basis and charged for hourly.

• Scheduled on Site Support

  This is when an engineer physically goes on site for service work. No remote management or monitoring is included. This work is billed on an hourly basis.

• Project related work

  This is a specific scope of work to be performed which can include hardware, software and professional services. This is priced based on the scope of work.

The above choices offer you a predictable fee to keep your network maintained. This allows budget forecasting for your IT needs. We also provide consulting services for new technology needs which includes design, recommendation, procurement and complete installation and training
